🔐 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from RS Jewellers, you agree to all terms, policies, and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

👤 2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Customer must provide accurate details. Any fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity will lead to permanent restriction without notice. RS Jewellers is not responsible for unauthorized account use.

📦 3. PRODUCT & DISPLAY DISCLAIMER

Product images are for reference only. Slight variation in color, size, polish, weight, or finish may occur. No claim will be accepted based on looks different from image or expectation mismatch.

💰 4. PRICING & PAYMENT PROTECTION

Prices may change anytime without notice. In case of pricing error, technical glitch, or wrong listing, RS Jewellers has full right to cancel order even after payment. 100% refund will be issued in such cases. Fraudulent or high-risk transactions will be automatically cancelled.

🚫 5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE RIGHTS

RS Jewellers reserves absolute right to accept or reject any order. Orders may be cancelled due to stock issue, suspicious behavior, multiple failed attempts, policy violation, or incomplete verification.

🎁 6. SALE / DISCOUNT POLICY

All sale, discount, clearance, or offer products are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. No exceptions under any circumstances.

📸 7. CLAIM & UNBOXING RULE

Full unboxing video (start to end, without cut) is mandatory. Package must be clearly visible. Without valid proof, claim will be rejected. Claim window is 24–48 hours only. Late claims will not be accepted.

📭 8. DELIVERY & COURIER LIABILITY

Once order is shipped, responsibility is transferred to courier partner. Delay, damage, or loss caused by courier is not direct liability of RS Jewellers. We may assist in resolution but it is not guaranteed.

🔄 9. RETURN & REFUND LIMITATION

Returns only applicable if explicitly mentioned in separate policy. Refund will be processed after inspection. RS Jewellers reserves full right to reject return if misuse is suspected.

⚖️ 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RS Jewellers will not be liable for indirect loss, emotional dissatisfaction, usage-related damage, or third-party delays. Maximum liability is limited to product value only.

🛡️ 11. FORCE MAJEURE

RS Jewellers is not responsible for delay or failure due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdown, or technical issues.

📜 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All images, videos, designs, and content belong to RS Jewellers. Unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited.

🔄 13. POLICY UPDATE

RS Jewellers reserves the right to modify these terms anytime without prior notice. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

⚖️ 14. LEGAL JURISDICTION

All disputes will be subject to Rajasthan jurisdiction only.

🚨 15. FINAL AUTHORITY

In any dispute, decision of RS Jewellers will be final and binding.
